Our Mission

Aged Care Hub exists to help Australians and their families find aged care providers with confidence. We are committed to providing accurate, transparent, and unbiased information to support informed decision-making during what is often a difficult time.

Data Sources

All provider listings on Aged Care Hub are sourced from official Australian Government datasets, primarily:

  • The Aged Care Service List published by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing
  • The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) compliance data

We do not accept payment to list providers, and paid listings do not influence our data or rankings.

Verification Process

Provider listings are marked with a verification status:

  • Unverified: Information is sourced from government data and has not been independently confirmed by our team.
  • Verified: Our team has contacted the provider or reviewed additional sources to confirm the listing is current and accurate.

We encourage users to contact providers directly to confirm current availability and services.

Updates and Accuracy

Government data is updated annually. We update our database in line with new government releases. If you notice inaccurate information, please contact us so we can investigate and correct it promptly.

Independence

Aged Care Hub operates independently and is not affiliated with any government body, aged care provider, or industry association. Our goal is to serve the public interest by making aged care information accessible and easy to understand.

Commercial Relationships

In the future, we may offer premium listing options to providers. Any paid placement will be clearly labelled as "Sponsored" or "Featured." Paid status does not influence the accuracy of information displayed.
